Mike was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He did not try to talk me into a new roof. He explained that the membrane itself was in good condition, but that the edges in several places needed patching and sealing. Most refreshing of all was that he understood that I was capable enough that I could easily do the patching myself. He even talked me through the process and gave product recommendations. Great. All of this work took place over a span of about 3 months due to timing of stucco repair in between phases. I sold a home and the buyer's inspection report included eight roofing-related issues. EBS took care of them all and finished the work before the closing. Mike came out on time and looked at it and explained to me the way it should be. it turned out I need a cooling and heating guy. He is very professional and patient. They did a really good job and they had the best price. We called a lot of roofing contractors for estimates and these people were the only honest ones, which is hard to find in a roofing company. They don't try to oversell you or make you put yard signs in your lawn. The people are really nice and professional. Their quote seemed more in-line with the work and materials selected and we felt like they would be the most responsive and do the best work for us and our home. We had just had a disaster with a previous contractor and we had to redo everything that they did. He explained everything and gave me a very competitive bid. It was on the cheaper side. He worked with me all the way through. The workmen broke a window, which I found after the fact, and he came out himself and replaced it. They were very prompt, the price was good, he listened to my problems, worked with me and advised me. I was almost going to go for the new type of roof and he said, with my house and for less money I could do something else and it would be just as good.
