I call for an emergency project and they said they would show between 2 and 4 but I will have to pay $49 for the visit. I agree, with that, but they came after 4. When I ask for estimated, they told me they would have to charge me $360 to provide an estimated on an electrical problem in a bathroom, and on top of that whatever would cost to fix the issue.\r

I told them, I did not find $360 to just plug a meter on cables to be reasonable and them I call another electrician that would come in a couple of hours and provide a free estimated. And apologize for the inconvenience, and explain to him that the operator should mention the fee the charge for providing an estimated when I call.\r

Within 10 minutes a got a call from the field manager demanding the $49, I explain to him, that if they had told me that I would have to paid $360 to just get an estimated, I would have not bother, and also that they came after the 4 pm time line. The managers proceed to insult me by saying that is the problem when you work with the Hispanic community. This to me shows the lack of education and respect they should have to customer.\r

I would never recommend this company to anyone.\r
