We decided we wanted to purchase an investment property and intended to rent it out. Our only problem was that we live a few hours from the area and felt that it might be difficult to maintain and manage. Exodus Realty Real Estate Agency helped us locate the perfect home and also provides the Property Management for us. They found the renter, collect the rent, ensure that the property is maintained and handle any maintenance calls that come in. We don`t have to do anything and we get to have an investment! It`s the perfect situation and they have done a FANTASTIC job! more

I am sure that looking after the tenants so well for a long time played a large part in maintaining the unit in such good condition, so that we could present it well when it came time to sell it. In particular, I wanted to thank you for the diplomatic and sensitive way you communicated with the most recent tenant when we issued the notice to vacate to get the unit ready for sale. more

Today, my wife and I are busier than ever volunteering at the Asian Art Museum and with peace and environmental groups. They give us the freedom to do the things we love and know that our buildings are exceptionally well maintained. more

Property Management Company - the best 5/19/2011

With that infectious laugh and her ready smile, the manager can reduce perceived mountains to mole hills. As for the real mountains that remain, she will attack them firmly and relentlessly (with a smile!) until they are rubble. Many times I've heard her say about a person or company trying to take advantage of us, "Oh no you don't, not to MY building!" With an experienced combination of tact and tenacity, Miriam will fix the problem. She even, on occasion, allows me to think I fixed it. more

I own a beautiful apartment building in the Cincinnati but don't have the time to manage it myself. As a busy cardiologist, I like to spend the spare time I have with my family, or windsurfing - my second love. Exodus Realty has been successfully managing my property since 1991, and I wouldn't have it any other way. more

Right from our first meeting you put us at ease and went about the task of letting the house professionally and efficiently – we never had a void month in over three years. You provided us with the benefit of your experience in judging the risks and benefits of prospective tenants and proved to be very perceptive. You maintained the right balance of keeping us informed and insulating us from the day-to-day hassles of letting the house. You kept us informed of our legal obligations and potential risks, for example, the need for workers compensation insurance. You kept excellent records and produced timely statements which greatly simplified my annual tax return. more
