Rick has done several jobs for me, including replacing the drain for a bar sink, and getting an ancient boiler to work, plus installing a new dishwasher in a most difficult location. Very professional jobs, and the pricing was fantastic! more

An absolute awful company! Took 16 days to plum an 800 s.f cabin came whenever he wanted , to make it worse, things he did were not up to code, we will have to re do all the work he did. He gave us the impression he was always high on something....men ver worked a whole day or morning showed up only late afternoon . Be aware of this awful plumber! I would never recomend to anyone more

Missed 2 appointments and gave us a very bad attitude when we asked if they could possibly give us an appointment time they would be able to keep. We elected to call someone else. more

The expectations for the cost of installing a new water heater was not clear. On site for 2 hours and Rick charged 2 hours for drive time. Rick didn't have the proper tools and supplies with him, but he charged an extra 30 minutes for having to drive to buy common caps and to put together a tool to test electricity. He then charged, for his second trip out the full rate of $850 for removal and installation of the water heater he had already removed. Rick does not consider driving time, which he neglected to tell me he was charging, a trip charge. He's proud to say he doesn't have trip charges. The 2 hours of drive time amounts to $180. Splitting hairs? Plumbers deserve to be paid for a tough profession, they should also be held to high honorable business practices. more

"They are truly excellent! I had another company look at my heater to see what was wrong. They were "ify" about the diagnosis and the price was more than I could handle. I called Excellent. They gave me a price quote over the phone "if" diagnosed and fixed within a certain time frame. The problem was difficult and required extra time, but they fixed the problem and charged me less than quoted. Knowledgeable and affordable. What a blessing they are!" more
