Excellent Customer Service 8/30/2011

I'm so pleased!!! I was a last minute customer in the store but they didn't pressure me at all. I got excellent customer service and was treated with A+ courtesy. They have an incredible team with and I would unquestionably pay a visit to this location once again. more

Sunny is THE BEST EVER!! I have been renting from Dowtown storage for almost 2 years. Started Medium, went to small now in a large size. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The truck is great, easy to drive, and I have never had a problem with scheduling it's use...Sunny, I still appreciate all you did for me! Cathy more

Fantastic service!! 5/13/2011

I am in and out of the state constantly, I couldn't ask for a safer place for my belongings. the team at Everett Downtown Storage are phenominal! Sonny and her husband Tommy made it so easy to get my belongings moved in with the use of their well maintained moving truck and the facility is safe, secure, easily accessible and is maintained impeccably as well. Their employees embrace the same great service. Thank guys! (for everything!) more
