Worst

Decided to try this shop because it was closer than our mechanic across town and they offered a shuttle service home. What started off as squeaky brakes turned into a $1300 quote....

Had to use a thesaurus 8/13/2014

After exhausting my limited vocabulary to describe Evans Automotive - fabulous, great, stupendous, superb, excellent, outstanding, wonderful - I turned to a thesaurus for well-deserved additional accolades - magnificent, amazing, brilliant, fantastic. The book even had bravura in there; I am not sure what that really means but they probably deserve that one too! more

I had heard numerous glowing reviews of Evans Automotive in the past, but I only recently had the opportunity to bring in my car to have the A/C serviced. Not only did they do a great job, but the price came in a couple hundreds dollars lower than the next lowest estimate I had received. Along with the excellent customer service and a clean, friendly environment, Evans lived up to the high praise I had heard about it in the past. Highly recommended! more

The people are friendly and professional and all work is guaranteed. However, I thought the cost was a bit high, and thought that the belt tightening should have been a service, rather than an additional charge, since the bill was already over $500. more

A/C Service 6/7/2014

I had an A/C performed on both my vehicles (02 Camry with 57,000 miles and 05 Tacoma PreRunner with 112,000). The cost for the service was far less than the Toyota dealership where I would normally go to have my vehicles serviced. The A/C units on my vehicles had never been serviced and I know that after a number of years, the molecules shrink and cooling performance will decrease. I am very pleased with the quality of the service. more
