After expressing my intrest in Equilibrium services and quality of the products, I had the pleasure to meet with a few staff on board which included owner Lori Hoyt. I was first greeted with a unavoidable smile by allison, who coordinates all of the ""WOW FACTORS"". During my visit.. I met with Pam who expressed sincere intrest in my being, Haley, who i couldnt help from noticing her gentle professional touch, and last but not the least..Lori Hoyt. I was very impressed with her time and down to earth professionalism. The equilibrium staff make you aware that ""You"" are the only one that is important on YOUR time. Lori's active listening and dedication just seemed to be a true nature. My favorite part of my visit was...she advised out of three treatments were necessary . Becauseof her Deication, time, and loyalty not only to all clients, but she is that way to her staff as well! Equilibrium is the way and Iinterity Defines them.... I have been to equilibrium on numerous occasions for massage, facials and chemical peels. I pre-purchased several packages (one of each) and have been very impressed with the delivery of each one. I met with Lori for the first consultation and each service has been delivered exactly as described, on time and with good results. I am purchasing laser next. I love it there! I signed up for the All in One package and while I really enjoyed the treatments I had, they did not complete my treatment regimen as agreed. If you're going to go here, get everything in writing and keep good records. Pros: Treatments I had I liked Cons: They did not complete my treatments more
