The limo bus we rented for our daughter's wedding did not have working air conditioning on a day that was 88 degrees in July of 2009. The driver should have taken care of this on that day. We were only offered a 3 hour gift certificate (that can't be used on a Saturday) when we should have received at least a partial refund of our money. Not good customer service in my opinion! I went to entertainment so I could have a limo for a Tigers game. They showed me a good car and I booked that day. On the day of the game they called me and said the car broke down and they would be sending me another one. They ended up sending a smaller car then we booked so some of my friends had to follow us in their car. I called to complain and everyone was "out to lunch" and they said they would call us back. After the game we had trouble getting ahold of our driver and had to stand around Comerica Park waiting and waiting. While we were waiting we saw the car we originally booked with Entertainments stickers all over it. I called them up again and got the same line, they were out to lunch. The driver showed up eventually and took most of us home while the others followed behind us. When I got home I was looking online and I found out Entertainment does the same thing to people all the time. They end up booking their nice cars for a couple more bucks then screw over who more

When I first went to Entertainment they showed me a nice clean car and gave me a great rate with the vehicle. On my wedding day, they sent a smaller, older model limousine. It was embarrassing after telling all my friends and family how excited I was for this. The driver tried to clear everything up but we never got an apology, refund, or explanation. Be careful with these guys, you get what you pay for. more

I was very unhappy with my choice for Entertainment Express for our wedding. The car they sent was NOT the limosine I had requested, but rather a sedan that had dents and looked to be 10 years old. My bride was disappointed, I was disappointed. Never got a straight answer or refund when I called company about it when I returned. \r \r On the plus side, the driver was very friendly and tried his best to bring our spirits up. more

We used Entertainment Express for our limo rental for our wedding. They had a wide selection of vehicles to choose from, and their prices were very competative with other limo services around them. I was pleased with the efficiency they showed as we went through the rental process. They were unfront and honest about any charges that we were going to incure. The driver that they sent on our wedding day was completely professional and helpful. They arrived on time and even stayed a little bit longer without charging us any extra. They went beyond the call of duty and were truly amazing. I would definetely recommend them to anyone. more

I have used Entertainment Express many times in the past few years, when I am in need of a Limo for the night this is the one and only place I call. I like them because I have had awesome luck with them in the past and know what to expect with drivers, prices and limos. I have recommened them to friends who are in need for bachelor parties and such and no one has ever complained. I listen to a local radio station and they do a lot of cool things for the station to like raffles and stuff, everyone always raves about them. The limos are always in top shape and very nice. I have had a lot of different drives but all have had that same happy attitude. I've been very pleased with their services. more
