CHEAP AIN'T ALWAYS BETTER! 4/2/2010

AWFUL...This was the second time we used this company b/c of their prices and it was just as bad as the 1st. We rented a party bus for aprox 25 people and the air didn't work. When the driver called the office to see if we can switch buses they were not accomadating at all. Their response was to open the emergency hatch to vent the inside of the bus! How terrible. They would not discount the price or exchange the bus. When the driver tried to explain our complaint to the office, they just hung the phone up on them. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. We absolutely will never use this company again. Custome service and their product is terrible, that's why the prices are so cheap! more

Each night out with Entertainment Express is an enjoyable one. We always have fun & friendly drivers who are willing to make sure that our night is fun and safe. The company is near my home and they now the area well. Prices are always unbeatable too! Pros: Best prices! more

Entertainment Express supports Metro Detroit 10/31/2009

Entertainment Express has a great selection of cars, buses, trolleys and even a Red Wings car! This is a great company. They support local events, the community and Detroit. Anytime I go out, you can bet Entertainment Express will be taking me in style. Vehicles are nice, prices our great and service is always wonderful! :) more

Entertainment Express is the best limo company around.!. 10/21/2009

Entertainment Express saved the day, we went with another limo company that promised us a nice "Party Bus," and they rolled up to our house in a old beat up school bus. I was so upset and i told the driver that i wanted my money back. I called entertainment express at the last minute and they showed up to my house in about 1 hour with a bus that i preferred much much much better. They saved my birthday, and they even matched the price that the other company was going to give me! I would have to say i am very happy with this company. And because they were so good to me i will keep all of my future business with them!!!! Thanks Entertainment Express!!!! more

Entertainment Express is accomodating 10/10/2009

Entertainment Express recently saved our homecoming. We rented a party bus from another company, but they sent a bus that broke down. Entertainment Express saved the night by sending out a great party bus. Next time, we'll definately book with Entertainment Express the first time around. more

Entertainment Express is awful, scammers, bait and switch 10/9/2009

I rented a "luxury limo" from entertainment express for my daughters homecoming. They showed me a nice new town car and I booked it. They showed up a half hour early in my driveway with an older beat up town car. If i knew what they would be sending me I wouldn't have booked with them. The owners had no compassion for me and insisted they did nothing wrong. This company is wrong and screws over their customers to get more money. Im filing a complaint with the better business bureau, these jerks are scammers. more

Entertainment Express provides airport transportation. 9/12/2009

I was in Detroit for a business conference 2 weeks ago and Entertainment was the only company that was able to accomodate my pick up from the airport and take me to my hotel in Southfield. The rates were pretty good, as was the service. I will use them when I'm in the area again. more

My thoughts on Entertainment Express are that they provide wonderful service. They're accomodating and reasonable in this tough economy. Our limo was stocked with pop and water and also came with cups and napkins! I was suprised to see such service! more

Entertainment Express has great service. 9/4/2009

I LOVED the service we received at Entertainment Express. When we first came in to book our trolley, we met with Syd who gave us "bride & groom" champagne glasses. We were so happy to receive a free gift. On the day of our wedding, we received top notch service from our driver Jaime. He treated us like a real king & queen. We had the wedding package for 5 hours with free champagne, a just married sign and red carpet service. Excellent!...can't wait to go out and celebrate our anniversary in style. ;) more

I really like using Entertainment Express. Most people do not have the money in this economy to afford a limo, but EE will work with your budget. They have a large selections so no matter what you are looking for they can help you. They are very helpful. I really appreciate them, and the way they run there company! Entertainment Express did a great job on my 21st birthday. The driver was real fun. and actually recommended the diamond back in Belleville. I had a great time, it was much cheaper then a lot of all the other companies that i called. And it was worth it! I will used them again soon. more

Top Notch Service & the Best Prices in Town! 8/28/2009

I rented a limo as a suprise for my husband. The limo arrived right on time and my husband was so suprised. The driver suggested a great place for dinner near the Fox Theater. He was so courteous and polite and my husband truly enjoyed this Birthday suprise! I am booking them again for my son's wedding and I know they'll do an excellent job. more

Entertainment Express to the Rescue! 8/24/2009

This past weekend I had Elite Rides Party Bus booked for my bachelorette party - it was a no show and nightmare... luckily Entertainment Express saved the day, sent over WIlly on the Trolley and me and my 25 best friends/family had an amazing night on the town. The price was good, the trolley was so much fun and we are now using Entertainment Express for our wedding. I work for a local bridal magazine and website and have worked with many limo companies, Entertainment Express is professional, reputable and do NOT make the mistake by booking a smaller company for your wedding or event because you get what you pay for and I had to learn the hard way. Pros: They saved my bachelorette party! Cons: 100% happy more

Entertainment Express is AWFUL! 8/19/2009

Went with Entertainment Express for our wedding - the worst decision in an otherwise perfect day. First, we gave them the addresses for the bride, groom, church, and reception 2 months before the event. When the Limo driver arrived, he had NO CLUE where he was going. He was 45 minutes early in picking up the groom, but could not find the bride's home (5 minutes from the church) making him an hour late to pick up the bride and bridesmaids for the ceremony! Second, the limo was in extremely poor condition - a twenty person SUV limo with interior panels and lights falling off. Finally, the air conditioning in their "luxury limo" didn't even work! Not the luxury ride or the worry-free ride we expected! Rent elsewhere! more
