Beware! This location likes to take advantage of you.When I was asked if I needed the car insurance through Enterprise, I told them no because I carry my own full coverage insurance. That is why I pay premiums! I was told later over phone that I was going to be charged for their insurance, that I had signed up for it. I told them I would provide them proof of my insurance. The manager, Dooey refused to work with me. That and he didn't return my call for a full day. If you and your boys feel good about how deceive people, well then you belong in sleeze bucket category. I travel for my job and I rent a handful of times a month from this branch. Richard, Justin and Jim are awesome. I am always treated with respect. One day Richard stayed late in the office for me and another customer and his young daughter, and even though I made him wait, he still gave me a ride home and was happy to do it. Justin and Jim are great, too, and even though their system seems to be slow, I rarely notice because everyone is very conversational. Thanks guys and see you later!
