It appears this spa has gone out of business and I have lost almost $300 in a gift card balance. Should have seen it coming....... more

My husband bought me a $150 gift card for this spa because I loved it so much the last time I went and now I can't even get an appt. because their phone is disconnected and a for lease sign in the window!!! Very upset that owner would take money for gift card knowing they are closing and it couldn't be redeemed! more

Booked an appointment online for mani/pedi and received an email confirmation. Showed up for my appointment at 11:00 and the spa was closed. Sign said "back at 1:00". Didn't wait around to find out. This is a shame because I was there twice last year and had a wonderful experience. Now I wouldn't touch this place with a 10-foot pole. more

I made an appointment here on Thursday for Saturday for our one year wedding anniversary and red flags should have gone up right away. First, they had openings that close to a Saturday. Second, the girl I spoke with was not familiar with the services (she didn't think they did pre-natal massages). She also booked me for a hydro facial - something I was told when we got there that they don't even have anyone trained on yet. I made the appointment anyway because the place looked really nice and new on the website. When we got there on Saturday morning, there was nobody in the parking lot - another red flag. Then, there was nobody in the spa - yet another red flag. They didn't have our appointment in the system because they were "switching systems"... We sat there for 1 1/2 hours while they tried to call someone to come in and provide our services. They ordered us breakfast, but the whole situation continued to fall apart so we ended up leaving - with breakfast, a free candle and some sort of sponge. This was so disappointing - our first wedding anniversary presents were ruined. I just hope we can find somewhere else to go before our baby comes! more

my friend and myself went to ENDULGE for our B-day-husbands presents:)We had great massage,but mani and padi ended up all in bubbles!For both of us,even with deferent polish colors...It was expensive,so we were sad,really sad...We could get nail polish changed,but that I can do at home,without paying around 80$...Please,be careful if u go-same services are around 55$ in many salons and spas and no bubbles... more

I went for my first time to endulge because my husband bought it for me for mother's day and I would have to say i'm addicted. Aleca did my facial and it was amazing. talk about clean pores smooth skin and just plain loveliness. It was amazing. I got a custom spa scent and oil and music for my massage and a candle lit room for my pedicure. Silence is golden and the staff knew after taking care of kids all day long all i want to do is escape. They had this wonderful peach mango tea and lovely little snacks. more
