I give these people the highest rating possible. My vet gave me their number in case I ever needed emergency care after hours - which I did. My dog was attacked by another dog in doggie day care. It was bit in the face. It was too late to bring her to the vet for the day. The lacerations to the eyes were visible at the edges of the eyes. However, the lacerations on the eye balls were not visible. The Tualatin Emergency Clinic did the ink tests and could see that the corneas were badly lacerated. I was able to get antibiotics and ointments. I found the doctor and staff to be very prompt, competent and caring. What I learned from this is that if you ever suspect your dog has an eye injury - even if it is not visible - go in immediately before infection can set in. My dog's eyes were saved. We treated it early enough, as well, so that there was no scaring. I give these people 100 million gold stars!!
