would rather own home space and soft foot print with the CC&R'S .costs to high ,cheeper to own your own space and join a community association and pay low fees to be a member. landlord has to much control and is to controlling,about park policy.was to be a low income affordable housing.average cost per month ,over $600.00 not counting a morgage and personal property taxes on your home.
