They lost my reservation and gave the response of 'our email has been down for WEEKS.' They called me in response to my email [so i KNOW they received the reservation.] They blamed me for their error. They refused to comp the ride despite the fact that they got me to the airport with only 30 minutes to check bags, run to security, wait to make it through the checkpoint, and RUN to the gate. I made it onto the plane a mere 2 minutes before departure. Thanks for making hectic xmas travel 100times worse, airport shuttle!
They are unreliable and their customer service mantra is ""blame the customer."" If you're a masochist, you'll love this service.
