My sister just got married at the Embassy Suites in Nashville ( airport). We spent almost a year planning her wedding together. We met Amber (catering manager) and though that she was dry and cold, but were hoping for the best on the day of. We recieved the worst service known to man!! I have had better service at McDonald's than what we got on her wedding day! If it had just been one or two small things I would have let it go, however, not a single guest (out of 115) was satisfied with their service or meal. The food was terrible!! NOT AT ALL WHAT WE TASTED AT THE TAST TESTING!!!!!! People had their plates taken from them while they were still eating, guest's belongings were kicked by the staff if they were in the way of the servers. I was told I could not have a tea because it was not included in the meal (so were other guests), Not A Single GUEST Had WATER REFILS! I personaly had to refill the guest's water!! The chicken was cold and pink, I have never seen any server ever treat people the way we were treated!!! Guests were shoved out of the way, the server snapped rudely at me like I was bothering her when I told her that they took my husband's plate before he could eat any of it. He had just stepped away to the restroom. She brought back a cold nasty plate of chicken, even though he had beef, and slammed it so hard on the table that every other person sitting there stopped talking to see what happened and saw her being so rude. I have been flooded with complaints and concerns from so many guests since the wedding that I have been in tears several times! THE WORST CRIME OF ALL, we found out the next day that some of our most important guests left because they were told by the head server that since there wasnt room at the reserved table they would not be served or spoken to. This should have been the best night of her life, and it is stained with embarrassment!!! NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE!!!
