Embassy Dental

It certainly was one of the most extensive new patient exams I have ever received from a dental practice. Costs were fully explained to me, what was covered by insurance and what was not by a written financial arrangement. I felt comfortable in deciding what procedures I could afford to do now and what I can afford do later with no pressure ""to do it all now. more

I have used Dr. Boozman in the past, he did a great job for me. Nina, the assistant, went out of her way to get us an apt with Dr. Jeff Moore (who was great)! Nina was so very nice and helpful. She made my daughter feel so comfortable. She is a great, knowledgeable, and compassionate person. She is a much needed addition to Embassy Dental!!!!! more

Dr. Dan is very fast and proficient at his trade. He was able to get a lot of work done in a short period of time. Rick has been great at processing all of the VA paperwork for me and I'm thankful for his knowledge of how the program works. I have told a few veterans I know that live in the area to go to Embassy so they can get taken care of. more

I went in for a cleaning and arrived about 5 minutes late to my 4pm appointment, but everything was okay and I didn’t have to wait very long at all. I was met with the most professional and thorough dental hygienist I've yet to encounter. She informed me of an issue with one section of my gums that no one previous had mentioned, explained techniques as she was using them, they were used, and what the results meant to me, was very friendly and efficient. Best experience at a dentist's office so far, and I've been to several, so that's saying a lot. Hopefully, I will be assigned the same hygienist on future visits. more

I was having terrible difficulty and pain with my teeth, and had been seeing another dentist for quite some time, with little satisfaction and/or relief from my dental problems. I drive over an hour for each appointment, b/c Dr. Bozeman and the staff at the Donelson office are so helpful and professional. No one really ""enjoys"" going to the dentist, but the stellar service and satisfaction with results, that you receive with Embassy Dental provides a much better outlook! I could not be happier that I chose Embassy Dental! more

my first visit @ embassy took over an hour for xrays You can't even get a cleaning done same day. Next visit they put several sealants in which are supposed to last years...one came out the nxt day..they replaced no charge. Went in 5 months later for a cleaning and another had come out. They blamed it on my good chewing!! I then asked dr. Norm no cavities? And his response was ""oh I didn't really look"" at this point I knew I'm never coming back but to make matters worse the office staff is extremely rude... Not one person said hello, thanks, nothing. I was waiting at the front desk to see if I owed anything no one even acknowledged I was waiting and began discussing another pt by full name from yesterday. more

I recently had what should have been a straightforward tooth extraction at Embassy Dental in Brentwood. I have had two wisdom teeth extracted previously elsewhere; it had been quick and professional, with minimal discomfort. This was a totally different, painful experience.\r After an HOUR of wrestling with my tooth, cutting my gum multiple times when his instruments slipped and bruising my lip against my lower teeth, the dentist (whom I had not seen before) finally agreed to get some help. A more experienced dentist came in, bisected the tooth and removed it in less than 5 minutes. However, most of the damage had been done. Unfortunately, the first dentist was left to ""close."" After more fumbling with needle and thread, he only partially closed the hole and was unable to complete it. This stitching through gum that was already cut up was truly painful. By this point, I simply said ""We're done."" He agreed and said I should come back in a week to see if it was healing properly. Of course, I will never see this dentist again and could never recommend this practice based on this experience. It's been a week, I'm still bleeding and still having pain that keeps me awake. more

Clearly, while you take the time to complain about how much money you've "wasted", you should be google'ing your conditions and the seriousness of them. I'm a patient of Embassy Dental and while I do have issues, I have insurance. I picked my plan, whatever my copays are is MY FAULT. They charge me according to my insurance. \r \r I had to wait a year to change my plan but now I am happy and my teeth look a million times better. Stop complaining about prices when you picked your discount plan or insurance. I have the best doctor and wouldn't go anywhere else. more
