Warning: Robert Elrod Jr. will take your money and not do much of anything to help your case. I made the mistake of hiring him and paying him in full, it was a lot of money for me. He didn’t complete or accomplish anything. He won’t return phone calls or e-mails. He has been less than helpful. \r more

I Strongly Recommend 12/16/2011

Just got divorced and the Elrods got me permanent alimony from my cheating ex, the home, and more than half of his retirement accounts. They were kind and understanding for a fair price. They also represented my friend and she was very happy with them. Not sure what happened with Elfy904 but I had a great experience and recommend them strongly. more

Inept and unethical 1/11/2011

Robert W. Elrod, Jr. is a lazy and inept lawyer. I gave him a retainer and he refuses to divulge how it was used. He ignores my phone calls and has not answered any of my correspondence sent by Certified Mail. His assistant, is just as inept. All of the documents that they filed for me contained errors; grammatical and factual errors! Elrod, Jr. was late to ALL of my proceedings, one in which the judge penalized us for by delaying our case to be heard. Do not hire him or his father. The father has 45 years of experience and they claim to have over 50 years of COMBINED experience. Do not hire either one of them! more
