This shop knew how do do things. Now, we're getting ready for my last daughter's wedding, and we are all missing Santa Barbara Bridal more than ever. Every other salon we go to is just a disappointment in comparison. I wish they were still in town. more

Wow..I second the above. We had a very good experience at this salon. First went to the other two places in town and were horrified at the lack of service...they barely raised their eyes up when we walked into one store that claims to be a ""couture"" salon. After our less than excellent time there, decided to tough out one more place and were so pleased with the women at Santa Barbara Bridal. It was a bit intimidating to just walk in, but we were glad we did. They took plenty of time to help us, explain how the process works, and they graciously helped us even without having an appointment. The entire day was revived, and we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant time. I highly recommend them to anyone...don't bother going elsewhere. Pros: Great customer service, convenient, beautiful atmosphere Cons: A bit pricey, but the dresses are all couture designers more

I brought my daughter and her bridesmaids to Santa Barbara Bridal after numerous frustrating experiences at other salons in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles. The staff at Santa Barbara Bridal was amazing..they catered superbly to all of our needs, spending over three hours helping find everything we needed. Their gowns are unbelievable! My daughter found a stunning Vera Wang gown and bridesmaids dresses that were so affordable and the girls could easily wear again, and the owner gave us a great price. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants the best service and beautiful products in a gorgeous salon. Pros: Everything Cons: Can't think of anything! more
