It's good to know that there are still men out there who are the ""real deal"" and looking for the same. I have spent so much time and effort going out on dates with men who I have met online who I have absolutely nothing in common with and who are not looking for a relationship. I used to think it was a numbers game, but I was wrong. I'd rather now only meet men who I think there may be potential for a long term relationship with. My work has progressively become very busy in the last few months with travel and the opening of a new office. This is why I contacted Elite. I wanted to write a review to express my happiness to other people who are single and looking to join a matchmaking service. I was referred to Elite by a friend, so I wanted to post my story to let potential members (or new members) know that this does work!\r \r I want to start off by saying that I have been single and looking for a potential partner for the past 5 years, and boy, I do have to say that it's rough out there! I have been out on over 50 dates over the years (most of them first dates only). I have found that most men out there are single, but not ""available"" for a relationship. I was surprised at how many men aren't financially stable as well. I was unsure about joining a matchmaking service, but figured that I had run out of optoins and had nothing to loose. When I met with Leela and Summer in the San Francisco office, they reassured me that the men who come to them are 100% looking for a long-term committed relationship and that they are financially stable. They were right. I took a leap of faith and joined the service. I met 4 men before finding John. The 4 men previous to John were not quite the right fit for me, but I found them all serious about wanting to find someone special. In fact, I set one of my previous introductions up with my good friend and they are happily dating. \r \r I am also very happy with John! We just had our 10 month anniversary, and I see many more to come. John is someone that I wouldn't have been able to meet on my own because of our busy schedules. When I first came to Jamie Rose I was pretty nervous and it felt like I had some well needed therapy after I left. I realized my relationships were failing because I was devoting too much time to my career. I was really looking for a long term relationship so I had to make a change. Elite is a great company!! I am so happy I joined and believe it is such a better alternative to all the dating websites out there, and I have tried them all. \r I saw Elite’s ad one day in a magazine, and called up to see what the deal was. I spoke to a lovely woman on the phone that explained the process to me, and asked questions about my past and what I wanted. \r I decided after years of dating the wrong men it was time to do something proactive to meet a good one. I came in and met with Susanne, who really broke down what was going on in my past relationships. I left that meeting with a feeling that someone finally understood me. I decided it was time to get serious and joined. \r I worked with Emily and through her I met three different gentlemen who were very nice but felt no chemistry with. I am so happy I did it! Originally I spoke over the phone to Chalene for a few months until I finally came in. I was nervous about taking the next step. I even cancelled my first appointment (I said I had a Dr's Appointment) after gaining some courage I put my fears aside and went to meet with Jamie. We began to talk about what my fears were about doing this and I realized I just didn't know what to expect. We ended up talking for a few hours and I felt very confident after understanding what they actually do. I told Jamie what worked for me in past relationships and what didn't, what my values are like and my interests. I felt like she really “got” me. I heard about Elite through a friend who was matched successfully. I've heard about these matchmaking services, but in the past have always relied on online dating services which haven't worked for me. I have never seen any matchmaking service work this hard for their customers. I've been in and out of the dating scene for at least ten years now. I've had my share of meeting different women and have been a customer with five different dating companies. With all my experiences, I have to say that Elite does the best job. The also have a totally different approach which I think is the most effective and unique. The price is high but the results make it worth every dollar. ELITE IS A SCAM!\r \r NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!\r I had no idea how they found me, and I was stupid enough to sign up and give them my money. It seems like all of the reviews below were written by insiders. I know so many people (now) who hate this company. My story that I signed up and 7 months down the road they didn’t send me on a single date!!! In my 29 and being successful and beautiful I would have much more results on free websites I just don’t have time to do it. I thought it would worth paying them to do the job. $3.000 is trashed. What a scam, scam, SCAM Company! My first red flag was that they never wanted to meet me in person (besides the day they took the money). It’s a good thing that this service exists. Otherwise, thousands of healthy relationships that are around today wouldn’t exist. This company has successfully matched thousands of singles across the country. I have met a nice amount of people who are extremely satisfied with them and agree that joining was the smartest thing they have ever done. I am one of those people. My boyfriend just popped the question last week and of course I said “yes”. We’ve been dating for a year or so ever since we met through them. I’m usually not the kind of person that trusts in these big time matchmaking companies. I personally don’t really see how someone can just find two complete strangers and even think of setting them up without getting to know either of them. After my divorce three years ago, I wanted to find happiness again but didn’t know where to start. The guys my friends and family set me up with didn’t work out and going to bars to meet guys also didn’t seem to be for me. I finally decided to go out on a limb and take the risk by signing up with this company. Well, I am glad I did because eventually I married Peter. He was also divorced at one point and like me, decided to join with this service. I guess I was wrong when I thought that this dating service didn’t get to know their customers before putting them together. I liked her from the start. She made me feel safe and comfortable enough to give over my life story over a two hour interview. Making a complete stranger that comfortable isn’t easy and the fact that Kim was able to pull it off made me feel very confident in the service. She told me after the interview that it would be easy to find the right girl and that she wouldn’t rest until she did. Here’s my story. After my divorce three years ago, I wasn’t at all quick to get married again and was very unhappy. I tried to forget about it and move on but I was still lonely. For two years I was just trying to get back to my single life in the most mature painless way. I got over it pretty well but still wasn’t too thrilled about the possibility of me being alone forever. With that, I checked out this company after hearing from my friend about just how successful they are in setting people up with the right person. Lesa in the San Francisco office was extremely welcoming and sweet. Not in the way that gives you the impression that she was only interested in your money. That alone gave the will to sign up and pay the fee. I spoke with her for about three hours during a very comfortable interview. I told her all about my divorce, about my ex-husband and about the guy I wanted to meet. I told her about my childhood and about how I grew up. I was very surprised on how she made me feel comfortable enough to make me tell her my whole life. She even offered me coffee, cake, and other really good snacks. As I left, she patted me on the shoulder and said “I’ll find you someone whether you like it or not”. I left with a huge smile on my face. About a week or so later, Lesa called me with a whole list of guys she found on her records that fitted my requirements pretty well. She told me about all of them and sounded very excited for me. The first guy, Brian was great. He was smart, tall, dark skinned and very good looking. We had a great time but still, we weren’t for each other.
