Quality of work by an experienced RPM from ELITE Plumbing CO. 9/18/2017

My problem of a leaking water pressure valve, was fixed within 30 min. The repairman didn't have the part in his truck, and had to get the part from a supply place - this he did within 10 min of getting to my house. He explained what exactly needed to be done, and completed his work in a very professional manner !!! more

Your tech was very courteous and professional. He thoroughly reviewed what he was going to do and proceeded to do it. He documented a problem that apparently was created with the installation of the unit, and when he was sure we understood what was what, he fixed the problem. We had no other questions and he advised us of the program we were enrolled in and told us he would see us for the fall check up. more

We recently had two new AC units installed. Alan from Elite was courteous, honest and very professional. We can't say enough about our experiences with Elite. Their service is prompt, and accommodating. Whenever we have any plumbing or AC concerns this is the only company that we call. more

Elite's great service 7/7/2017

Jairo G spent quite a bit of time searching for the origin of the "coolish" air, looking for small leaks. No leaks were found in his tests so he charged our unit and we had nice cold air! He arrived on time and was considerate of our home. Would definitely request him again. more

Water heater went out. Called Elite, had a plumber call me to answer few questions, appt set up for that same day. Arrived on time given. Plumber was Pete, experienced, professional, obvious he knew what he was doing. Pete took the time to advise on "how to's" to help extend the life of the heater. Very happy with heater and service. Pete is a valuable asset to your company. more
