the new manager was super nice, ive met john before but I guess he doenst work there anymore. this new guy was funny lol he talks realy fast but he did hte work right so hes cool with me lol more

the overall experience at edwards was great, they took their time looking at my kia and made sure to answer everyt question I had about it. They knew upfront that I didn't have a ton of cash to fix the vehicle but they treated me the same as all of their customers thats a huge thing in my eyes. although I didn't get the vehicle fixed that day I will most definitely be coming back to get my rio fixed when I have all the money, honestly no one has ever treated me as nice as edwards did, they dont just want to take the money out of your pocket they genuinely want to help. more

great service at edwards, the cost was a little more than I could afford to spend at the time but once I save up all the monye I need I will definitely be back to get the vehicle fixed thanks for looking at my impala yall more

Greg was a great help with my malibu, I'm not sure what was wrong with it but it was making a god awful screaming sound whenever i would turn. I took it in to edwards and greg had it fixed in just a few hours :) more

the guys at the shadeland location did a fantastic job fixing my car, it ended up taking 3 days intead of 2 so i had to get a rental but the work was 100% when i picked it up more

these guys went above and beyond fixing my car. I've got a pretty old and rare car since the company was only around for a short time it is hard to find parts but john made sure to get me all factory parts that way everything fit together like it should and let me tell you i think it runs better than it did brand new! I can't thakn you guys enough for all the hard work and time you put into fixing my vehicle! thanks! more

Problem Solved 3/29/2012

Edward?s took care of our problems and we will gladly come back. The issue was more complicated than we thought, but the issue is resolved and Jay at Castleton was very professional and my son is back in his car. I am happy with how this all went. more

Fine Job 2/29/2012

I took my car to Edwards in Greenwood and the managers and employees did a fine job. I only had good experiences and didn't have any problems. The car was done on time and at the cost they told me. Didn't know what to expect, but it went well. If I have any other car problems, I?ll go back there without a doubt. Great. more
