these boys were so nice to this little old lady i cant help but praise them! i dont make a lot of money and my car was making some really weird noises it would shake so bad when i pushed the gas that i was afraid it was going to blow up!!! i stopped driving it for a long time because i just knew that it was going to cost me all my money to fix it but a friend of mine told me to call edwards that they fixed her car really cheap and they were super nice i called edwards and they towed my car so it didnt shake on me driving there and they sure took good care of me. im so glad that there are still people out there that are gentlemen thanks boys and i know i still need to bring in those cookies! more

So get this, I take my care to one shop for this ""clunking"" sound that my car car makes when it turns to the right and only the right mind you. Now they keep my car for over a week, never call me and finally when I call them to complain about their customer service or lack thereof they tell me that after ""extensive diagnostics"" they have determined that my car needs a transmission at the tune of over 3,000 dollars!!!! Now I'm not a mechanic and i don't claim to be one but if the car only makes the clunking when I'm turning right how is it the transmission? So anyways, i picked my car up because i didn't trust me after that point and i decide to take it elsewhere, this is where edwards comes in to save the day! edwards were so much more friendly than the last shop, everyone greeted me with a smile which says a lot for someone who had the worst experience ever at the last shop she was at!!!! Turns out the problem was an axle not a transmission and I could have bought 30 axles for the price of what the other shop wanted to fix my transmission THAT WASN'T BROKEN!!!!! Thanks edwards I'll be back but hopefully not too soon lol! more

mike at michigan road was really helpful during my car repairs. i'm a very busy preson so i didt have time 2 wait but mike hooked me up wit a ride back 2 my house and kept in tuch wit me. I'll take all my carz and my friends carz 2 mike becuz hes a great guy and gave me such a grate price! more

Edward?s took care of our problems and we will gladly come back. The issue was more complicated than we thought, but the issue is resolved and Jay at Castleton was very professional and my son is back in his car. I am happy with how this all went. more

I took my car to Edwards in Greenwood and the managers and employees did a fine job. I only had good experiences and didn't have any problems. The car was done on time and at the cost they told me. Didn't know what to expect, but it went well. If I have any other car problems, I?ll go back there without a doubt. Great. more
