thanks for going the extra mile john, it was nice of you to send one of your mechanics to come pick me up from work since I didn't have a way to get back to your shop so that I could pick up my car. Just that little bit of extra effort really made me grateful that I brought my car to you :) more

I had to come back a few times beecause the car just wasn't acting right but I have to say that they took care of me each and every time that I had to come back. No one isperfect but it was nice that they dropped everything they were doing ot make sure I was taken care of :) more

it was nice to go somewehre that I didnt feel pressured to fix everything that they found wrong with my car, the manager actually gave me a list and told me what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait for a bit, he understood that we are not all rich and sometimes things just have to wait :) more

I reallky appreciated mark working on the price for me, I didnt get as long of a warranty but it was a price I could afford and my truck is running again so thats all that matters to me! more
