I would just like to say that john and greg at shadeland did a great job. Both guys were super friendly and helped me in any way that they could. I was a little worried that it was going to cost me a ton of money to fix my vehicle but it actually ended up being something very simple and cheap even though other places quoted me a whole transmission john and greg were able to fix the one i have! I have already recommended a friend of mine to edwards and I will keep doing so, this place is just the best. more

I had a great experience at edwards the managers and the mechanics were all very friendly and helpful. jon and greg were very helpful and explaned everything to me to make sure that i knew what was going on. Although the repair was expensive, edwards was lower than the competitors that i talked to and they explained why it cost as much as it did by going through what all needed replaced or fixed. john and greg did a great job repairing my vehicle and i will tell all my friends about them! more

Just awesome! 4/27/2012

Just like everyone else that has car problems I was very aprehensive about letting someone work on my car that I had never used before, however I want to say that I'm sure glad that I did! John and Greg at shade did a great job on my car and were super friendly! John is such a nice guy, he offered me a ride home and Greg took the time to go through everything that was going on with my vehicle. I know that there are some bad reviews out there but they sure don't give this company a fair shine in the light! I didn't have a single problem with the way my car or myself was treated and I will definitely be going back for any future repairs! more

John and Greg are awesome! 4/27/2012

I would just like to say that John and Greg at the Shadeland location were fantastic with my vehicle! When my car started acting up I just knew that it was going to be something serious and even though it ended up being the transmission, John and Greg did everything they could to make this repair as quick and simple as possible. John and Greg offered me a ride home, constantly kept in contact with me during the entire repair process and made sure to go over everything with me once the repair was finished. I will definitely bring back my vehicles when they have problems in the future! more

Edwards is great! 4/26/2012

Edward's Transmissions on Shadeland Avenue is the best! The manager John was more than helpful with the issues on my car. I was worried that I was going to be taken advantage of but John was extremely informative and was helpful in every way. Not only did John take the time to explain exactly what my vehicle was doing and what it would take to fix it, he even got me a ride home so I didn't have to waste the day sitting in their lounge. I will definitely refer all my friends and family to Edward's Transmission for future repairs! more

Problem Solved 3/29/2012

Edward?s took care of our problems and we will gladly come back. The issue was more complicated than we thought, but the issue is resolved and Jay at Castleton was very professional and my son is back in his car. I am happy with how this all went. more

Fine Job 2/29/2012

I took my car to Edwards in Greenwood and the managers and employees did a fine job. I only had good experiences and didn't have any problems. The car was done on time and at the cost they told me. Didn't know what to expect, but it went well. If I have any other car problems, I?ll go back there without a doubt. Great. more
