John and greg were pretty nice, they were busy when I came in but they found time to fit me in even though I didn't have an appointment which I appreicated. the car ended up just needing a service which was nice and they even did a complimentary inspection while the vehicle was up in the air. These guys are honest and trusthworthy and I will recommend them in the future. more

the work that edwards did on my car was fine, it took a little longer than they expected it to take but they told me they had to order some parts in for my vehicle since its an older vehicle. they did take care of me on the extra days that I had to have my rental car though. more

My stupid son thought it would be cool to take my truck out and go ""4x4"" in it. turns out when you get a truck stuck and then try to slam it back and forth into gear it messes up the transmission....needless to say I was very VERY upset with my son when he called me and told me that my truck was stuck in some field out in the country. Thankfully john was able to tow the vehicle in for me so I didn't have to see it, he fixed it rather cheap considering what my son had damaged and he even got me a rental car for me while my truck was being fixed. If it wasn't for john I honestly don't know what I would have done. more

john was such a sweet young man when I was there. He knew I didn't have a whole lot of money to fix my car so he did the cheapest repair possible to get my car back on the road. I know he didn't fix all the problems but he did give me a list of everything that would need to be done in the future and he gave me an estimate of how much it would cost so I know how much I have to save up now. John is a good young man, he cares about his elders and makes sure to do right by them. more

Greg was great to me while I was there, they actually fixed my car in the same day! I guess it was some sort of sensor on the transmission that was making it bang like that when I was driving anyways greg had me fixed in a few hours and now it running great!!! thanks greag!!! more

they took a little longer than they said they were going to, they had to special orderin some part that only the dealership could get but they were nice enough to get a rental vehicle over to the stop for me so I wasnt out of a car so that was really nice of them. more

i had a pleasant experience at edwards on shadeland. the manager there johnny is such a funny guy an dit was cool he wasnt just a regular manager he actually knew about cars too, I couldnt tell you how long we just hung out and talked about cars while they worked on mine but it was nice to know that he wasnt just a face but a guy that knew what he was talking about. more

them dudes fixed my whip n made sur it wasnt xpensiv they made sur that i was ok wit the price they was still a little xpensiv my bro down the road said he cud do it 4 less but they gave me a warranty and i like dat! car runs great now my baby has a whole new tranny in it ya know! more

they did a great job and they priced their work competively with the other estimates I had gotten from other shops. theres really not too much to complain about other than their lounge was a little dirty but it's a mechanics shop so i understood. more

This place was everything I had hoped for and more. John and greg were super professional and helpful with every step of the repair process. They offered me a ride home, kept in contact with me, and even explained why the repair cost the amount that it did, I'm not sur what else someon could ask for. I have already decided to take all of my vehicles back to edwards and I will recommend this place to any of my friends who need work done. These days it's hard to trust people to work on your car but I can say that the guys at shadeland are a great group of guys to work with! more
