Old School Quality with State of the Art Technology 5/18/2010

I love visiting the dentist, weird as that may sound. Dr Heinic is amazing. He is warm and friendly and we he has an amazing ability to really connect with clients. He is like an old friend. Also tho, he is professional and encouraging. I want to take care of my teeth, just so that when I come in for a cleaning, I can here him say "good job". And Dr Loev, as well... what a kind person he is. I have never felt a bit of pain when having work done, and his staff is perfection. Always helpful and courteous. And also, and this is huge, I never have to wait. Their scheduling is amazing. I can't say enough good stuff about this place. I have been a satisfied client for over a decade. more

Always consistent, great service 4/20/2010

Have been a patient of Dr Loev and Co. for more than 10yrs. The care received could not be any better. The staff is incredibly friendly and competent. They leverage newer technology (at least for this industry) such as e-mail and texting to confirm/remind of appointments, and generally just greatly reduce the 'hassle factor'. The location is perfect for anyone working downtown (and very near the Sutter Stockton Gargage if you have to drive in). more

Always a pleasant experience coming to Dr Loev's office- The staff is great from the reception person who greats you, the dentist who does your hygiene, the dental assistants, and Dr Loev! The office is organized, efficient, and patients are made to feel secure in their care. more

Excellent- No Fear- High Morals Dentist! 3/10/2010

I was petrified to go to the Dentist which is why my last vist was 7 years ago. A couple of co-workers suggested Dr. Loev's office. From the second you walk in they are friendly and organized. You really get a feeling that they care about you here. Both Dr. Loev and Dr. Laugdig took their time, were gentle and calming. I recommend this office highly, they will even send you a text message to remind you of your appointments if you wish. Oh yeah, they didn't try to sell me on replacing my 30 old fillings or whiten my teeth, I made the right choice for sure. My next visit will be in 6 months, there is no more reason to fear. more
