Edge-N-Knife is your little knife store with a big selection. We stock over 180 models of both Benchmade and Kershaw Knives. Benchmade is an Oregon made knife as well as most of the Kershaw line. Other brands we stock are Cold Steel, Gerber, Buck, ESEE, Ontario, Boker, Magnum, Bear & Sons and others.
We have knife making kits for the beginner knife maker. There are a variety of blade designs for your level of expertise. Some just require a handle while others need attaching the guard and pommel. We have a large selection of throwing knives. We also stock many different styles of scissors for your specific needs


Messermeister is our featured high quality German made kitchen cutlery. Messermeister is a high quality German brand of kitchen knives made of the finest quality German steel. We carry Five models of Messerseister knives to fit every budget.


If you already have all the knives you need but they are dull. Then bring them in for our sharpening service. We sharpen kitchen knives, serrated knives, pocket, and hunting knives. We also sharpen garden hand tools, lawn mower blades, and scissors. There is a 2 day turn around on the sharpening service. If you are already handy at sharpening then we can supply you with sharpening stones and accessories.


We can also special order a knife if it is available from our many suppliers. We do offer a discount on most all of our inventory as well as ordered items.
