I have been a long time shopper at Eddie Buaer and everytime I have gone to the University Village location I have been impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the sales associates and the set up of the store is really well thought out as well. The product has gotten alot more modern lately and the associates seem genuine when they help you, they actually tell you if it looks bad and find a better fit or color. All in all I am amazed by the customer service at this particular location and highly recomend that the next time you need to stop in at Eddie Buaer you make the trip to U Village
