Again let me start by saying all of the technicians were great! Prompt, courteous, professional and tidy.
Appt#1. Tech arrived w/o a tall enough ladder after I made it clear when making my appointment that I have 12 foot ceilings. He was not informed of this.
Appt#2. Two techs arrived (with a tall ladder) and were unable to diagnose my problem.
Appt#3. A supervisor came and diagnosed the problem saying I needed a new circuitboard which he had to order. Said I would get a call in a few days to schedule the next appointment.
After waiting 10 days that call didn't come so I in turn called the office. I made an appointment for Monday the 24th. I called that morning to confirm and I was told that I was not on the schedule.
Not good news to me since I had arranged my day to be home for the 3-6 window. I was told I would get a call back to let me know what was going on. I did get a call back about three hours later telling me that I was back on the schedule.
Appt.#4 tech arrived with the proper ladder, the proper part and my problem was fixed.
So, to sum up, each appointment was three hours out of my day. I understand stuff happens but the communication between Econoair and their own technicians and Econoair and the customer was dreadful. Even though Econoair installed all of my heating and air conditioning units I don't think I'll be using them in the future and would definitely not recommend.
