Long distance care & service for Mom. 10/4/2010

My mother lives in Port Crane and I unfortunitly live in Texas so it was quit difficult to coordinate the repairs for my mothers washer. The guys were all very professional and reassuring that they would take care of my mother's washer and would keep me appraised of their progress. This was all done on Saturday. Today's Monday and I'm waiting to see how things go. I'll keep you appraised of their service. more

Stick with larger businesses that sell these items in quantity 11/28/2005

High prices and filthy used appliances are pushed on customers who visit this business. Looking for a used but in good condition refridgerator at an affordable price East End Refrigeration isn't the place to do business. They took us to their basement and showed us some 1950's refridgerators that were filthy with food stuck on their porcelain along with missing vegetable drawers and racks to set food on and they were asking the price of one hundred and fifty dollars with a 50 dollar delivery charge to your home. The merchandise was junk, the owners were too pushy trying to sell the junk and their junk was too much money for second hand usage. more
