They will tell you that your insurance will cover procedures and then the insurance company doesn't. They don't do a call ahead to even see, but they will lead you to believe that they do. I got swindled into having extra procedures with a cost of $1200 between my husband and me. They also offer free whitening, but I had to ask them to make the appointment, they won't even mention it unless you do. They aren't bad people, but it is a place that will do all of the extras that probably aren't needed and then you will pay for it. Great Dentist 3/9/2010

Dr. Shobe is very competent and professional, yet still friendly. He seems to genuinely care. His office staff is friendly and professional. They do a good job scheduling so that wait time is not a problem. Pros: friendly, competent, little or no wait time, office friendly Cons: 1 billing issue, but not the office's fault more
