I had a very bad experience with another carpet cleaning business before Eagle Carpet. I will not go into details but it was bad. But with Jim who owens Eagle it was total opposite. First he was recommended by a friend which the other place was not. Jim was right there at the appointed time. He was friendly, and didn't waste any time. He went right to work. He cleaned my living room, hall, three bedrooms,basement carpets and five pieces of furniture. He did a fast but excellent job. you could tell he new what he was doing. He pre soaked the heavier stains (I have two dogs) including a very bad koolaid stain from my son. He used a truck mounted machine that heated the water so it really cleaned the carpet (the other company used my hot tap water from my bath tub). When he was finished the stains,and all the dog hair were completely gone from the carpet and the furniture. The carpet dried within five hours (it took like 32 hrs with the other company). When Jim was finished he had us check it out and said if we notice anything wrong after it dried to just call him and he would be right out to look at it. Jim showed up at the time he promised - he even phoned 15 mins before arrival to make sure I was ready for him. After showing him exactly what I needed cleaned, I had a couple of dog and kid stains that needed extra work and I was not convinced they would come out. Jim got right to work, pretreating the badly stained areas and then doing the rooms, stairs and throw rugs as requested. Things were going so well I asked him to add cleaning 2 club chairs in my family room. Everything came out looking new - my husband even noticed how nice the carpets and chairs looked when he got home. Rugs dried in about 4 hours - except for the areas that needed extra treatment. That took about 6-7 but the spots were indistinguishable from the rest of the carpet. Will definitely use again and will refer my friends! Pros: null Cons: null more

Really great service. Have recommended this company to many people. The price was great and owner was friendly and fair. Jim is great and got out stains in the carpet that had been there for years. I have 2 cats and a five year old and after Jim was done the carpet looked like new. I am proud to support this local business! Pros: null Cons: null more
