Terrible and costly experience!!! We moved and followed the rules as they were explained by not one, but two people when we signed up and were still charged another month of fees. We were out of town for a hospitalized grandmother that resulted in a funeral and tried to contact by phone and complete cancellation of our membership before the next billing. The front desk would not allow us to talk to a manager and said we had to come in person to cancel. After a few calls we were given an email address of the manager and we sent documentation of our move as explained to us at sign up. The email was not addressed in a timely manor and then she required a PO Box change which we could not do until retuning from the funeral. They would not work with us and charged our card again. When we were finally able to get back and visit in person they were not cooperative and would not refund the charge. They said we did not get all required documentation to them before the billing date. NOT COOL as they made it impossible to communicate with.
