I had a roofing leak and wasn't exactly sure what the problem was. I called Dutch's Roofing to come out and they explained the problem. They explained exactly what needed to be fixed and gave me options for repairing the problem. They quoted me a price and that was exactly what I ended up paying. It was a decent size repair. The guys who worked in the house did a great job cleaning up, which is not always seen in construction. I can't even tell there was any work done in that area. more

I contacted Dutch's Roofing Company about 8 years ago as I was having problems where my flat roof met my shingle roof and mice were getting into the home. They came out and fixed the problem. Recently I was having a couple of roof leaks (on my pre-existing roof that was there when I purchased the home 10 years ago). I would only call Dutch's Roofing as I know that they are extremely professional and thorough. They care about their customers. Again, they helped me and took care of the problem/s. When my pre-existing roof needs to be replaced or repaired, I will ALWAYS contact Dutch's. Today, it seems that you cannot trust contractors or who do you do trust to find the right roofer. Dutch's do the highest quality work. They're not the cheapest, but you have to pay for quality work. I'd rather just pay a little more upfront and not have to get anything fixed later on. Plus everything is guaranteed for five years. They're extremely friendly, willing to work with you and use high quality materials. We had them replace the valleys on our roof and fix some tropical storm damage. They cleaned up after themselves and were real careful not to destroy any of my landscaping. more

From what I can see, Dutch's Roofing did very good work. They fixed the roof, so it's not leaking anymore, and they were very nice when they came out. I liked it all. more

How do you pick up a good contractor for re-doing your roof? May be someone can recommend one, may be you have to take a chance and, in all cases, you will only find out for sure when it's all done... In our case, it all went well: the contractor showed up when he said he would, the price was correct (may be, we should have negociated a bit..), the job was done professionnally and in time, etc, etc.. So what was the big deal? As they say, the devil hides in the details and that is where you win or lose a customer... When the unexpected difficulties showed up, Don understood the problems and proposed solutions without adding to the costs. When we needed to split the job to allow another contractor to complete repair work, he was flexible. When he could not make it because materials/employees were not available, he told us and negotiated a new date. In short, we were impressed with his determination to finish the job without cutting corners and in dealing with all these other little things that you can't put in a contract. 9.5 out of 10, as nobody is perfect !! more

I had a roof leak that just popped up after a major rainstorm. I called Dutch's Roofing Company. Don came out to my house the next day, and fixed it over the next couple of days. He was flexible, responsible, and his repairs were done completely and effectively. Don is just a stand up guy. An honest roofing contractor is hard to find, and I finally found one. I may be paying a little more for it, be he makes sure that problems are taken care of. more
