I like the staff and lack of pressure in up sales, however... I like some of the cleaning dental practices from my previous office.

A wonderful experience at every visit! 4/6/2011

I look forward to going to the dentist every six months. The entire staff is wonderful. From the minute I walk in the door I am greated with a smile. My hygienist is wonderful! She is so sweet and takes the time to talk to you. Dr. Durell is always so nice and I never feel like I am being rushed in and out the door! I DO recommend Durell Family Dentistry to everyone I know! more

Emergency appointment 4/5/2011

I was provided an 8:00 a.m. Monday morning appointment to restore a crown that had come loose on a Sunday night. The same crown was replaced, however, had I needed a new cerec made all the specs were avaialbe on file to have a new replacement made immdeiately. This is service worth paying for. more

the staff at the dentist office are very personable, kind, gentle on cleaning. The setting is very relaxing. They are great at reminding us of upcoming appointments.We wouldn't go anywhere else. more

Outstanding 3/3/2011

From the first moment I walk in I always feel welcomed. Christine always greets me with a smile. Diana my hygenist is the best! She is the reason I've been coming back for years. I can't say enough about the outstanding quaility of care I recieve by both docs. I no longer live in Plainfield but still travel over an hour for my scheduled appointments. more

Thank you for the professional services you provide. Not only for the regular cleanings but also for the repair needed right before I went out of town. The chipped front tooth was quickly repaired even though I did not have an appointment. Dr. Laura Durell was kind enough to work me into the schedule on the day I chipped my tooth. Second visit! 1/6/2011

Certainly happy that I choose this business to help me with some lingering issues that I have left unatttended for several years. Every question I had concerning my dental health was explained throughly. Future treatments and reccomendations for preventative care were suggested and left for me to plan. Each treatment has gone exactly as explained and was performed professionaly and with personal attention. I look forward to many more visits as I move toward improving and maintaining my dental health. Thank you all very much, more
