Durell & Durell Family Dentistry

My visit was an emergency visit. I was told by the receptionist to come on in. When I arrived ,they ushered me to the back and went straight to work on me. Dr. Durell explained the situation and then gave me some options. We agreed and then Dr Durell numbed me up and did the extraction. When the feeling came back, I had no pain and didn't need any kind of pain reliever. He said I wouldn't as there was not much trama during the extraction. I was so pleased to go from so much pain to no pain 30 minutes later. The whole experience was painless. This was my third visit and all three visits were painless and pleasent. I went to Durell Family Dentistry to redeem a Groupon for Zoom! Whitening. My first impression was great. I made an appointment request online and someone emailed me back right away! Scheduling an appointment was easy and I didn't have to wait very long.I got a phone call the day before to remind me, which was especially helpful because I thought my appointment was at 8:30, not 8:00! On the morning of my appointment, I missed the turn and got lost. A very friendly woman was able to give me directions and was even willing to stay on the phone with me to guide me turn-by-turn. That is excellent customer service, in my opinion. When I arrived, the office was nice and the waiting room was spacious and had many magazines. I went back right away and Diana explained each step of the Zoom! Whitening process. She constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable and even brought me a blanket when I was feeling chilly! At the end of the treatment, I was able to meet Dr. Laura, who I found very friendly. Overall, I was totally satisfied with the quality of the treatment but even more pleased with the friendly and caring attitudes of the staff members. I highly recommend Durell Family Dentistry and have no reservations about doing so. more

The staff was very professional, courteous, and answered all our questions. The procedure itself was not bad, to understand about the after procedure pain would have been a more helpful, but the overall results are fantastic. more

My experience was as awesome as I had imagined that it would be. However, as impressed as I am with my Zoom! I am as equally if not more impressed with the service that I received from everyone from reception to checkout. What a great staff you all are at Durell. Thank you all for making me feel welcomed and well cared for. There's not enough space to begin to write how well I was treated and how special I was made to feel during my 2 hour visit. Everyone there was super! It's been way to long since i've been to a dentist. If the last one I went to was anything like the people at Durell dentistry I would have gone back more often and wouldn't have the problems i have now. The only reason they are not 5 star is that it is after all a dentists office. more

I was seen by Dr Laura - great experience - except for the cheek pinch when she was giving me novicaine injections - it still hurts 2 days later. My gums and my tooth feel fine. I guess my jaw muscles hurt a bit too from having mouth open as necessary for the procedure. more

I recently had a filling and this dentist office was the first time that I had a filling and did not have any pain, discomfort and the numbing was only in the area where needed, not half of my face. Thank you more

I felt pressured to have an x-ray taken of my front tooth because it was sore. I think it could have waited a couple of days after the work that was already scheduled was done to see if was actually needed. Definately a waste of money. more
