Dunn Physical Therapy

I am a long time patient with Dunn PT; I've gone for several different issues over the years and have never had a problem. The front desk staff if very helpful and polite, the few times I've had to leave a message my call has been returned immediately. My therapist is extremely knowledgeable and seems truly concerned about getting me better and back to my normal life. Somehow they actually make the exercises fun! more

I called over two weeks ago. I was connected to the answer machine. It said "leave a message and we will return your call". I left a message about my situation and left my name and phone number. I fully expected to receive a call.........two weeks later........still no returned call.........I really need pt...Maybe the problem is that I am no longer covered by insurance (have used up my allowance.)..I explained that I am in a private pay position now.....(I do have the money to pay!!) But.....no far.....still no returned call and no pt!!!!. Pros: none Cons: poor customer service more

The Dunn experience isn't like going to the doctor, dentist or even any other kind of therapy. When you walk in you are greeted with a smile and momentarily are ushered into surroundings with the peacefullness of a fine library. The technicians brief you on what will occur and take care of some preliminary matters and before long you are in the hands (literally and figuratively) of your professional therapist. They allow you to express what your problems are and they really listen and hear what you are saying. Everytime I have been at Dunn, I moved forward from day 1 to a total resolution of my particular problems. The treatment period has never been excessive or one visit more than was required. Hats off to Chris Stotsky in particular who has made a special effort in allowing me to get back to peak performance with a couple of issues in the past year.
