This company should not even be in the property management business. They are only professional when it serves their own purposes. If you are renting a residential home from them beware! If you ever have an issue that they should help you solve or repair, forget about it! They will always side with the homeowner and the renter is left without recourse other than to take them to small claims court. They actually expected me to live in a house that had carpets saturated with dog urine. I moved from out of state and the truck was delivering so I had no time to find another place. The compromise, I had to pay for new carpet with my own money. Then they had the nerve to make me store the nasty stuff and upon move out, they wanted me to pay more money than I already had to put the filthy and unsanitary carpet back in there. They say they are simply doing what the homeowner asks. How about following the Oklahoma Landlord & Tennant's Act and advising your client about the right thing to do? Guess that would require too much integrity of which they are sorely lacking. Katie Wortham actually told me how the property owner was going through a series of "life events" and that it wasn't about me. Really, are you paying my rent Katie, would you live in a home that smelled like dog urine? Have you even once considered that maybe renters have "life events" too? more

Since D&S have taken over the complex I live in things have finally been getting fixed and taken care of! it's nice to know that they do care about what the properties look like! more

The office was very clean, easy to locate, and the staff was professional. My move-in process was simple and didn’t take any time at all to complete. I moved in when I was told I could and the couple things that needed attention, the maintenance staff got on to it right away. I would definitely recommend Los Pueblos to my family and friends and I actually have a couple friends who live here already and I liked their apartment, which is why I moved here in the first place more

I just wanted to thank you & your company for all the improvements that has been done here. When I moved here this place was a drug haven & the laundry room was used as the drug dealers office, it was so bad I wouldn't go out after dark. Since your company has taken over the complex not only has the appearance been drastically improved, but all the movement that was going on at night has ceased. And now with the laundry room being revamped I am very pleased with all the hard work that has been done here. Also, our manager Arlene has been very professional in her position here, and I hope she stays here for a very long time. Thanks again for making Seminole Ridge a decent place to live.
