I submitted a beige jacket w/ black trim to be drycleaned. The clerk made no mention of any risk of the black bleeding onto the beige fabric. But it did. They claim that it wasn't their fault, would not do anything about it and would not apologize. No compensation was given, no fault admitted. The jacket cost over $300, and the manager claimed that the black material was cheap and was the reason why it ran onto the beige; clearly, he was trying to place the blame on the manufacturer. ONLY bring clothes that are made of cotton, that are not complicated, and those that you do not care if spotting mysteriously comes onto it. As they have mentioned multiple times, they clean over 1500 pieces a day and will NOT perform any special treatment or spot checks on those garments that you care about. I have been there when other customers have complained about spotting. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years w/o any complications, but have been disappointed with their behavior and response on this incident and will never give them my business ever again.
Pros: Polite, friendly, fast service, reliable if material is made of cotton only
Cons: Will ruin your garment without notice and will NOT compensate, will not admit fault, uncaring
