They are awful! The owners son treated us like we stoled something when we paid in cash to the man that fixed our tire. When somebody says that will be ......and holds their hand ...

Great service all the time. Used them for years. Recently fixed a slow leak quicker than it took me to explain which tire it was. No of the we'll have it back tomorrow stuff. Fair pricing, great service. more

AWFUL 12/9/2011

They are awful! The owners son treated us like we stoled something when we paid in cash to the man that fixed our tire. When somebody says that will be ......and holds their hand out. We figured thats who were supposed to pay. He then took our money and as we was leaving the owners son chased us down screaming ""YOU GOT TO PAY"" like we thought it was free today???? After we told him we did pay and who we paid and he went to check. He found out we were telling the truth and didnt even say he was sorry. I will NEVER go back there again. Just rude and uncalled for more

Always Excellent Service 9/17/2011

There IS a reason why Drum's has been in business so long. They always treat me right when there for tires or repair and on two occasions they told me that I didn't need as much service as I had expected and saved me money. They are dependable, fast, efficient, and the staff there are always friendly and explain what service they've provided and give you good advice on maintenance. NO chain can come close to the pricing and service you get at Drum's. more

Hard working bunch of good people 4/2/2010

My son turned me on to Drum's Tire service when I first moved to Rock Hill two years ago....I have never seen such a hardworking team....Always smiling and happy while doing back breaking labor....always friendly and courteous.....To say that I am impressed would be an understatement.....I would gladly recommend this business to all of my friends, family, and associates.....In and out in 30 minutes or less, no matter how busy they seem to be.....One of the few places left that will plug or patch a tire, or mount and balance used tires for you..... Pros: Super fast service, great people, reasonable prices... more
