good if predictable massages, crappy policies 8/26/2011

Massaged have all been very well done, but the place seems to have a very specific massage sequence they coach their workers on. Kind of feels mechanical after a few visits. They are really aggressive about charging for missed appointments, even if it's one you made an hour earlier for later that day. Also seem to keep and share notes on clients, and they've made some snotty remarks to me and others based on past issues with their workers. Plenty of places offering similarly good massage without the uncompromising attitude. more
