I was shopping for a mini Cooper online when I came across Dream city Sportscars, they had 4 available! I decided to check them out as they're prices were very competitive. Dream city was very easy to find right in downtown Bothell on Bothell way. The atmosphere was low key and down to earth. I really appreciated mikes help. He showed me three of the four they had, i went for a spin in each of them and we worked a great deal on a nice blue mini Cooper ""s"" with 38,000 miles. It was an easy and enjoyable experience. I bought it over two months ago and love it more every day. Thank you for the great car and and 1st class service!! My sister will be looking for one soon too and she knows where to go. more

I was looking for a small Chevy S-10 pick-up. I phoned Randall Miller and he convinced me that you offer the best deals at the lowest prices. He gave me easy to follow directions to find your car lot. When I got there he introduced me to his associate who then allowed me to take a test drive in a white S-10 selling for $2999.00. I drove it for ten minutes and returned. I paid cash and asked if someone would drive the new vehicle to my house following me in my old vehicle. This service was done for me at no extra charge. I then returned the employee to your car lot in the new S-10 and drove away. I have since checked the want ads just to see if I could find a similar make and model at a similar price, but have found none. The prices are all much higher and/or the mileage is greater on the odometer. Thank you Randall Miller for steering me to Dream City. more

I've bought a car through these guy a couple of years ago and had a great experience. Now I was trying to buy a second car. They thought I would get a loan no problem so I gave a down payment of $1000. 2 weeks later we find out the loan didn't go through. We drop of the car and go in to pick up our deposit that they told us we could have back. Apparently the accounting person was out so we were told to come back the next day. We come back the next day and the accounting lady apparently forgot to write the check. A day late I get a call from my sales person Keith that he might have a way to get us a loan. I say cool and how long it would take. He says only a few days. I call back a few days later and he tells me they are waiting on the owner of the business to get everything going but he will call me back right away with a status. A week go by and I haven't heard any. I call up and ask whats going on and he says the owner has been on vacation but we should have something going very soon. Another week later I call up and ask whats going on to find out my sale guy doesn't even work there any more. I tell the person on the phone I want to get my money back and I want to know when it will be ready to pick. They said they would call me back. Two days go by and this time I call up pretty pissed demanding to know where is my money and the guy tell me I need to talk to a ""Barry"" person. I call up today and only to be able to leave a voicemail message with this Barry person. I'm not sure if I'm going to have to take legal action on what but I just want my deposit back because this is ridiculous. They seem to be going down hill and are ripping people off. Pros: non Cons: They are stealing my money more
