THE WORST! Not only are the technicians for this company incompetent, the company is dishonest. I had them out when my basement sewage backed up. They did not complete the job and tried to charge me to come back and fix their mistake. The technician was then rude and threatened to have me sent to jail in front of my small children. I had to call the police to get him off of my property. The next day I got another company who cheerfully fixed the problem for a modest $150. DO NOT call Drain Solvers. more

Drainsolvers is very professional.From the Phone to the Tech at my door. The Lady over the phone was very friendly and seemed to care about my problem with my back up in my basement. She booked a late appointment for me with no charge. I was very grateful for that. When the Technician arrived he was very professional. He arrived on time. That was a plus +. The technician made me feel comfortable when he explained what was happening in my drain. He gave me a few choices and gave me a discount on some of the services. Which made me feel at ease.Drainsolvers is a great trustworthy company to work with. I have found my new Drain Company for life. :) more

Ok until there is a problem then watch out 5/24/2011

I recently had Drain Solvers out to clear tree roots from the line. The technician was professional and showed up on time. The people on the phone were quite helpful. Problem started after I found out that I should have paid $79 for the service that they charged $189 for. When I called to speak with them I got the owner who called me a liar, yelled at me, talked over me, and took great offense that I was even calling him. He accused me of all sorts of things. Save your money and find another licensed company because if you have issues with them they'll just yell and talk over you. more

All employees that I came in contact with were very pleasant. The got someone to my house the afternoon I called. They called to tell me when the technician would arrive. The technician we efficient and solved my problem quickly. more

Jacob from Drain-Solvers went out of his way to ensure that our plumbing problem was fixed; he explained everything in detail and gave us a very fair price. We will not be using any other plumbing service. more

Excellent Customer Service! 1/17/2011

I will absolutely use Drain Solvers again! You arrived on time, your technician was friendly and he went above and beyond the required work. I could not have been more satisfied. It's actually quite funny - your serviceman came out to fix a dishwasher issue and he did all he could to eliminate my problem... the manufacturer arrived today, as it needed a new pump and was under warranty, and he was completely rude and inconsiderate! Wished I had had Drain Solvers back. more

This outfit makes sense 1/13/2011

I was surprised to see a person that wasn't delighted with these guys! They are great! I found them to be very fair, up front and honest with their pricing. They explained options for me and treated me with respect. I can only speak for sewer issues at this point...but I can't imagine why you would go anywhere else. I will definitely be calling them if I have any other drain or sewer issues! more

I really trust these guys 8/22/2010

I live in Boulder county. I needed a rooter service because I have trees in my yard and need to have it done periodically. I would go to the phonebok and call a rooter company when I needed to have my line cleaned out. Not anymore will I go to the phone book. I will always use drain solvers because they are very knowledgable and professional, not like some of the other rooter companies who charge way too much or look like they just got out of jail. I checked out drain solvers on the BBB and they have an outstanding record. Keep up the good work Drain Solvers, see ya next time I need some work done. more
