THE BEST FACIAL SURGEON IN MY BOOK 4/29/2012

Because I had lost much weight I was in serious need of some facial work. After consulting several surgeons in Jax, the staff, facility and professionalism of Dr Robert Garcia convinced me that he was my surgeon of choice. I was very apprehensive since I don't scare well and didn't want to look stretched. Dr Robert Garcia went through the procedure with me that would avoid what my major concerns were. I can't be happier with the result. Dr Robert Garcia gave me 20 years of youth without my face looking altered. When it comes to your face, look no further...this is your surgeon. more

I have previously posted about Dr. Garcia's practice on 3/03/11. At the time, I was unhappy with the results and as time has passed, I have been pleased to see that Dr. Garcia has done what he can to improve my situation, and Dr. Garcia and I have resolved any and all of our differences. more

A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! 3/3/2011

I paid nearly $7,000 for my surgery at garcia facial plastic surgery. After my procedure there, I was simply HORRIFIED with my results! When I formally complained about my results, I received NO response from either Phillip or Roberto Garcia. My request for a refund was also ignored. I NEVER RECEIVED SO MUCH AS A PHONE CALL FROM THIS MAN! When I protested outside of their office in Neptune Beach, the Garcia brothers actually sent their lawyer out to greet me! While these guys may have fancy websites and pretty brochures advertising their services, I personally wouldn't recommend that you believe any of it. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. more

THE WORST! 3/3/2011

When my dog had surgery, the vet closed her incision with staples. When I had surgery at garcia facial plastic surgery, dr. garcia closed a portion of my facial incisions with staples too! The vet did a really great job on the dog and it only cost me like 90 bucks. I paid garcia facial plastic surgery nearly $7,000 and I think the dog's scar looks better than mine. If you are looking for natural results and honest treatment from a qualified physician, I personally would STRONGLY recommend that you look elsewhere. more

Love My New Neck 3/3/2011

The office staff at the Garcia Institute, as well as the medical staff, were the most patient, friendly and professional people I have ever encountered in any medical office I have ever visited. I was particularly impressed with Brenda and her willingness to share her experience with the same type surgery and her frank assessment of what I might expect. more
