I found Dr. Garcia to be very friendly, accomodating, and skilled. I was less happy with the long waits at his office for follow-up visits. Melba was caring and responsive to me. Healing time was lengthier than I thought it would be but I am very pleased with the cosmetic results of the surgery. E.B. more
