Please save your money.I spent over $500 on one pair of glasses at Avon vision Center and still could not see corecttly! This was my second pair of glasses and I expected the service I recieved when I first visited them over a year ago,not a complete change for the worse!\r
\r
To add insult to this injury, this woman who handled my eyeglasses(the new one, they had changed staff since my glasses were made) paid more attention to her social phonecall converstion(SHE WAS FIGHTING WITH HER CHILD,right in front of me) than to my service. The orignal woman that I found my glasses from there was an older woman and a sweet heart. The new one is young, hip, and rushed me through both times. When i spend more than three car payments on one pair of glasses I expect better service.\r
\r
They change staff more often than most change underwear. The three times I was forced to visit this establishment due to the fact that they screwed up my pair of glasses I was told they not only changed who handles glasses but I saw two different women at the waiting room desk - one of which I was told is the spouse of the doctor.I asked myself I wonder why they cant seem to keep their staff? The doctor was nice enouhg but it was obvious not experienced.\r
\r
Good luck to these people, the waiting room greeting person seemed unsure of herself, not sure fof what to do reguarding \r
my insurance, and not allowed to explain anything to me due to being intarrupted by the wife of this doctor. Another new staff member! Comparedto the first one I saw that was able to help me verrify insurance quickly and treat me kindly. What is happening in this office now?Everything was so un-professional and I feel i was not appreciated as a customer.Everything was blamed on previous staff.Maybe they should turn the finger around and focus on building an organised office that knows how to treat their customers and patients! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
