I have called a few times for service and every time has been excellent. Always same day service. Yesterday, the technician was running late, but I received phone call updates, which was appreciated. When Mike arrived in the evening, he assessed the problem and recommended the lower cost fix, as opposed to replacing the unit. He completed the work quickly and was very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company garage door services. more

Like the previous guy, I created my the internet account just so I could write this review! I'm telling you what, in 18 years of home ownership, I haven't had this great an experience with *any* kind of repair or maintenance work! Garage door spring broke this afternoon, at 3. Called this repair company at 4:30, spoke to Steven. He drove clear across town, got here at 6, done by 6:20. These guys are high energy. Didn't stand around chatting or trying to upsell anything. Came asap, did exactly what they came to do, and left. What more can you ask for? more
