there are booths but often they are all filled, so don't get your hopes up before you get there. even if you don't get a booth there are a bunch of tables, so it's not all stools or standing.
the pool tables are in pretty good shape although one was out of order last time i was there, but it's cool because they're in another room. you can hunker down for a serious game of pool without too many drunken rowdies, or you can bring your entire party back there for a drunken rowdy pool game.
also despite what the description says DO NOT PARK AT RITE AID! YOU WILL BE TOWED EVENTUALLY! it's not worth the risk. baltimore city loves to tow cars. find street parking, walking won't hurt you.
all in all, a cheers-type atmosphere. not the best service but a good selection of beers on tap, and skilled bartenders. recommended!
Pros: good food, laidback, fair prices, spacious but not scary big
Cons: uneven service, sometimes you can stand at the bar for 20 minutes without being seen
