The Best Insurance Service! 9/7/2011

Doug Mercer provides the best insurance services in town. I really like that he provides excellent personal customer service. He cares about his clients and its easy to see. When there was a tornado and the power was out he offered to give me his generator and I really appreciate that. He always keeps me informed about my insurance policies and provides the best rates insurance rates in Fenton, MI. I'm grateful that he's my insurance agent and I would definitely recommend his services to any and everyone. -L.D. more

Professional, Personable. You won't find another State Farm agent like Doug Mercer. Since he took over this in Fenton I have had my auto insurance, my home owners' insurance, and term life insurance policy with him. I always recommend him because he handles my insurance claims so well it's like I don't even have to worry about them! I trust him, and it's great to have him on your side. - Carol B. more

Worth it 8/4/2009

Worth a little more to know that everything is done right. I've gone the cheap route and learned my lesson because whne something happened I didnt get the service that I expected. Wont do that again. more
