They take care of me 9/17/2013

I have used other insurance companies in the past but Doug Mercer State Farm is much much better! They take care of my auto, home, and life insurance. I don't think there is anything they could do to improve their services and everything is taken care of. more

My auto, home, and umbrella policy is taken care of by Doug and his wonderful staff. I have had to file a claim in the past and I was extremely happy with how it was handled. They are always informing you about new coverage that is available or discounts that you may be eligible for. more

He and his staff are very personable and seem to be on top of things. I am very happy with them so far and want to thank them for helping me with my Roth IRA. more

Great customer service with my claim 3/29/2012

I made a mistake and was in a car accident last summer. It was not a pleasant experience but Doug let me know that everything would be fine and taken care of. They really lifted a bunch of pressure off my shoulders. Even though it was my fault the claim process went smoothly and I was happy that everything got taken care of with the other person and there vehicle. They helped me so much and really care about you here. more
